As Associate Director of Digital Strategy for University of Washington Athletics, I own and operate @UWAthletics, @GreatestSetting and @Dubs_UW, leading content strategy, copywriting and day-to-day execution while implementing a cohesive strategy across 16 sport-specific accounts.
During fiscal year 2025-26, I drove the departmental athletics account to #1 in engagement rate, #2 in organic posts, #4 in engagements and video views and #5 in impressions and social value among 18 Big Ten programs. Nationally, @UWAthletics had the third-most organic posts among all Power Four programs, the fourth-highest engagement rate and the seventh-most video views in the country. All 16 UW sport accounts saw positive growth during this same period, with an average follower increase of 16.4%.​​​​​​​
I manage and mentor a team of five Digital Strategy Assistants, overseeing event coverage, task delegation, digital asset management and ongoing professional development. Lead notification and content strategy on the Go Huskies App while supporting backend management of GoHuskies.com, including CMS oversight, feature page development and site maintenance. In my first year, the Go Huskies App saw a 20% increase in users, a 22% increase in devices and a 29% increase in push notification opt-ins, setting a new record for total app users.
